Our interactive artwork Future You was one of 20 artworks that illuminated the iconic canals of Amsterdam in winter 2023–2024 for Amsterdam Light Festival.

For 2023–2024, the festival organisers asked artists to consider the effects of technology and artificial intelligence (AI) on our everyday lives, with the theme: LOADING… Revealing Art, AI and Tech.

From a platform across the canal, visitors brought to life Future You. A digital mirror, the artwork presented visitors with a robotic version of themselves that responded to their movement.
